Well it could be complicated getting as many guest stars compared to Star. The thing with dubs there are union hang ups, dubs traditionally are non union, that could be a complicated.
Not to mention you have to have a certain talent to voice a character with animation already done.
I think they might record the korean and english dubs aloneside the normal French voices early in the process? Not positive on that though.
