I wanted to address the Azula issues. She looks young and untested because this part of her story is all told before the scene:
Ozai: your brothers a failure and your uncles a traitor
And azula is kneeling before the fire lord. We don’t know how much time passes between that and her lightning bending in season two with her… aunts? Servants?
I have a feeling this actress is gonna knock it outta the park in season 2 because that’s when Azusa’s story takes off. I think we see her as unsure now because she hasn’t been commissioned by Ozai yet. She’s like a shadow puppet. When she’s unleashed she’ll have the confidence of her father’s backing. I think that’s when we’ll see her more controlled deranged
